The article analyzes the types of mental education in the study of mental education and its diagnose, the criteria used in the diagnose of mental education from ancient times till to the present day. There are some comments on otherfactors which have a negative impact on mental development and some pedagogical and psychological solutions are available to reduce the influence of these factors.
